2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Our Service

NoParking Ticket provides an AI-powered service that helps users appeal parking tickets. Our system uses artificial intelligence to create optimized appeal letters based on the information you provide.

We operate on a "No Win, No Fee" basis, meaning you only pay our fee if your appeal is successful. The current fee for a successful appeal is £8.85.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

5. User Content

Our Services allow you to upload content, including images of parking tickets and related information. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content.

By uploading content to our Services, you grant NoParking Ticket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with providing our Services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights contained in these Terms to any content you submit.

6. Payment Terms

NoParking Ticket operates on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. If your appeal is successful, you agree to pay our fee of £8.85. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you will not be charged.

Payment is due within 14 days of your appeal being successfully resolved. We accept payment via major credit cards and PayPal.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any fee changes will not apply to appeals that are already in process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoParking Ticket and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event will NoParking Ticket's total liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid to NoParking Ticket for the past six months of service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoParking Ticket and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
